Are you engaged, attentive, and enjoy supporting people in reaching their goals? We at Re:Shift Job & Education are now looking for a mentor who wants to work within the Rusta and match program and help make a difference.

Your role

As a mentor with us, you play an important role in supporting participants towards work or education. You work individually tailored and guide participants both individually and in groups, focusing on each person's goals and conditions.

Map the participants' needs and conditions, establish individual plans, and hold follow-up meetings.

Plan and conduct engaging activities that strengthen the participants' development.

Build and develop relationships through collaboration and networking with employers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong commitment to people and their development.
• Is relationship-building and communicative.
• Can work independently and in a structured manner.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Masters additional languages (meritorious).

Employment Agency's eligibility requirements

To work as a mentor within Rusta and match 2, you must meet either option 1 or option 2 below:

Option 1

• Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits
• At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time

Option 2

• At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level
• At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as:
• work management
• recruitment
• transition work
• study and career guidance
• work with labor market issues
• social and group psychology
• career guidance

Part-time can also be approved if the total time corresponds to full-time.
